ALL COURSES

All our courses are evaluated and quality assured to meet the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2017 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2016 changes. They also fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements

Our First Aid at Work (FAW) course is ideal for businesses that work in a high-risk environment such as a construction site, manufacturing or a business whose risk assessment has identified that there is a requirement for a fully trained First Aider. This can done as a 3 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where you would spend 6 hours completing an eLearning course and 2 days in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our First Aid at Work for Forestry (FAW+F) course is aimed at businesses that work in the forestry industry and the risk has been assessed as high or has identified that there is a requirement for a fully trained First Aider. This can done as a 3 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where you would spend 6 hours completing an eLearning course and 2 days in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our First Aid at Work Requalification (FAWR) course is ideal for businesses that work in a high-risk environment or a business whose risk assessment has identified that there is a requirement for a fully trained First Aider that need to requalify their certification.  if completed  within 1 calendar month after certificates has expired it can done as a 2 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where you would spend 6 hours completing an eLearning course and 1 day in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is ideal for businesses that work in a low/medium-risk environment  or a business whose risk assessment has identified that there no requirement for a fully trained First Aider. This can done as a  1 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where you would spend 3 hours completing an eLearning course and 3 hours in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our Paediatric First Aid  (PFA) course I aimed at childminders, nurseries and teachers or people that are responsible for infants or children. This course meets and exceeds the requirements set by Ofsted, EYFS, CSSIW and SureStart and is suitable for people that need a 2 day 12 hour contact time) First Aid course. This can done as a 2 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where you would spend 6 hours completing an eLearning course and 1 days in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our Emergency Paediatric First Aid  (EPFA) course I aimed at childminders, nurseries and teachers or People that are responsible for infants or children. Our Equestrian First Aid at Work course is aimed at  equestrian workplaces where there is a need for the teams members to have the full first aid qualification. This can done as a 3 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where 6 hours is spent completing an eLearning course and then 2 days in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our Basic First Aid course is aimed at people working in a low-risk environment who want to learn basic first aid skills such as recovery position, CPR and treating a casualty that is choking, having seizures  and treating an a casualty with an external bleed. this is a half day course (3 hour contact time)

Our Basic Life Support course is aimed a health care professionals such as dental nurses, care workers and clinical staff who require an annual update to complete their professional membership. This course covers the basic first aid skills such as  recovery position, CPR, compression-only CPR, CPR handover, AED and choking. This can done as a 1 day classroom based option or, alternatively, a blended learning approach where you would spend 3 hours completing an eLearning course and half a day in the classroom covering the more practical elements of the course.

Our  level 2 eLearning Fire Safety Principles (Warden/Marshal) is aimed at anyone who requires a course as a Fire Warden or a Fire Marshal. The course covers the latest fire safety regulations and the roles and duties of employees and their responsibilities on Fire Safety. The course is designed to meet and comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. It covers how fires are started, methods of controlling fire spread, evacuating the building, fire briefings and risk assessing.

Our level 2  eLearning course is best suited for people who are involved in handling, preparing or serving food in the catering industry. The course will inform you of your legal responsibilities and what constitutes best practice in regards to controlling food safety hazards, controlling temperatures, food storage, food preparation, personal hygiene and premises cleaning. Upon completion of this training, you will be confident in your food hygiene knowledge and have all the skills and tools you need to keep people safe and comply with food hygiene law.

Our  level 2 Working from heights eLearning course is aimed  at people that are required to work at heights. The course covers working with ladders and step ladders as well as harness systems.

Learn about your obligations to Health and Safety in the workplace and how to reduce accidents in your workplace. Follows the HSE recommendations and guidelines to ensure compliance under the working at height regulations.
